Terms and Conditions

• I am over the age of 18 (eighteen).
• I consent to the use of my image and performance in video footage or photographs taken by SA Water on behalf of the Minister for Water (including print publications, websites, social networking media and advertisements or other means of communication), and that SA Water will own any and all rights in the photography, recording or filming.
• I agree that copyright in any recording made or image taken by the SA Water of me, or any performance of mine, in connection with promotional activities is owned by the Minister and I further agree that any use by the Minister of my performance or my image is authorised for the purposes of the Copyright Act 1968, Privacy Act 1988 and any other applicable laws such as the Information Privacy Principles (SA).
• I consent for SA Water and/or its representatives, agents and related entities to use any photographs, film, videos or audio recordings of me for promotional, commercial, and marketing purposes, whether or not accompanied by any narration or dialogue, by any present or future media or means known or unknown.
• I acknowledge that my participation in promotional activities may be edited at the sole discretion of SA Water.
• I acknowledge that SA Water is not obliged to include me in the promotional activities.
• I consent to the use of any printed material in conjunction with the abovementioned use.
• I hereby waive all personal rights and objections to, including the right to inspect, any use which will be made of my appearance by SA Water.
• I release South Australian Water Corporation, the Minister for Water and the Crown in right of the State of South Australia from any claim by me or anyone on my behalf for any cost, expense, loss or damage arising out of the use of video footage, photos, or other images of myself for promotional activities or other Government purposes (including print publications, websites and advertisements or other means of communication).
• I acknowledge that there will be no payment or other consideration paid for the use of my image or performance.
• I agree that I have no rights to the Content, and all rights to the Content belong to SA Water. I will make no claim for any reason to SA Water.
• I acknowledge and agree that this release is binding upon my heirs and assigns. I agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual.
• I release South Australian Water Corporation, the Minister for Water and the Crown in right of the State of South Australia from any claim by me or anyone on my behalf for any cost, expense, loss or damage arising out of the use of video footage, photos, or other images of myself for promotional activities or other Government purposes (including print publications, websites and advertisements or other means of communication).
