Please have your current bill handy and enter your account number and registered name exactly as they appear on your bill (including any spaces or asterisks). If your registered name has more than one line of text, just enter the first line.
Account holders can also sign up to mySAWater, which gives you access to a range of self-service options such as communication channel preferences and viewing previous bills.
