What to do when planning alteration work to your meter or property
If you plan to build or do any alteration work on your property, you need to tell us if the work will impact on any of our services before work starts.
When altering or making changes to an existing service, it’s essential to gather the necessary information for an accurate and smooth application process. We recommend reading our Connections application checklist to understand everything from the services available in your area, the type of connection you need and estimating your fees and charges.
Once you are ready to apply, you can do this using our Connection application form. A lodgement fee applies for all applications.
