Little Para Reservoir

The Little Para Reservoir commenced service as a balancing storage for River Murray water in 1979. Since 1979, Little Para has only been full twice - in 1981 and 1992 - and regularly receives inflows from the river during winter when other demands on the Mannum to Adelaide pipeline are low.

Capacity: 20.9 gigalitres

Open to the public: Yes
