How can I stay updated on the progress of my application?
Track your connection application
Our live tracker keeps you informed on the status of your connection project throughout the application process. You’ll also learn about each stage, any work happening on-site, and receive notifications if we need more information to move your project forward.
To track your application, use the Tracking ID from the confirmation email we sent after you submitted your application.
What to do if you can't find your Tracking ID
- Check your inbox
After submitting your application, you should have received a confirmation email from your case manager. The email will have the property address in the subject line and your Tracking ID in the body. - Check your spam, junk, or trash folders
Sometimes, emails from new senders end up in these folders. You can search for the email using the property address or "@sawater.com.au." - Still can’t find your Tracking ID?
If you still can’t locate it, you can contact your case manager for an update or reach out to the Connections team by calling 1300 650 951 during business hours.
