Application for smart meter services

A smart meter is a digital device that we attach to your water meter that measures, in near real time, information about water use at your property. Armed with this information you can better manage your costs and minimise any water loss. You can access your data, set up (via SMS or email) alerts for suspected leaks, and monitor your use via an online dashboard.

Important

We can only accept applications from the property owner, or from a person authorised to act on behalf of the property. We suggest you have a copy of your SA Water bill handy to help you complete your application.
