If your business consumes more than 50ML (million litres) of water annually you are eligible to receive a detailed Water and Wastewater Minimisation Audit. Alternatively if you have a smaller business that uses less water refer to our water efficiency information sheets or call or email a Business Sustainability Officer for water efficiency advice. To organise an audit follow the following five steps:
STEP 1:
Contact the Business Water Saver Unit on 7424 1336 and request to take part in the program.
STEP 2:
Meet with a representative on site to discuss the objectives of the program. A time will be arranged to complete the efficiency audit.
STEP 3:
The Business Water Saver Team in conjunction with the program participant will complete the efficiency audit and report.
STEP 4:
Business Water Saver Officer presents the water efficiency report and discusses the findings and education options. Arrangements are made to deliver education material if required.
STEP 5:
Completion of the education process and commencement of ongoing monitoring.
